As Senior Counsel, Corporate, you will be responsible for managing corporate governance matters for our global operations. This includes working with our executive team and directors, establishing new entities across the world, and overseeing board meetings and committee materials. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for directors, officers, and executives, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on various projects.

To excel in this role, you should have approximately six or more years of relevant experience in corporate law, either at a leading law firm or in-house. You should also have expertise in managing and maintaining US and international corporate entities, as well as excellent project management, negotiation, and drafting skills. We value judgment, analytic rigor, and business pragmatism, and we need someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of projects big and small.

While not required, a passion for the crypto industry and experience with regulated financial services firms would be a plus.
