Responsibilities:

- Represent public and private owners in complex and multi-party construction projects
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and provide top-notch legal services

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of litigation practice, preferably with some construction experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
