• 3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry
• Admitted to practice in a state
• Background in gaming regulatory matters preferred
• Experience representing clients in the tribal gaming space is a plus

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in a state
