Duties:

  • Handle employment litigation including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition cases.

 

Requirements:

  • Active Minnesota license or eligibility to become admitted to the Minnesota Bar.
  • 4+ years of employment law experience.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility for admission.
