The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for drafting and filing a wide range of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. A key aspect of the role involves significant client interaction, making this a perfect fit for attorneys who excel at building strong client relationships. In addition, the Litigation Attorney will be expected to handle depositions, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Previous experience in litigating automobile and/or motorcycle accident cases is essential, and additional case experience in areas such as slip and fall, defective products, and more is a notable advantage. While plaintiff counsel experience is strongly preferred, the firm is open to considering candidates with relevant defense experience.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience and be admitted and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of MA while being in good standing.
