## Job Description
Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm, is looking for an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and real estate. This position is based in the St. Louis office and offers a competitive salary.

## Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to handle the following tasks:
* Drafting corporate agreements
* Reviewing title
* Preparing real estate documents
* Public financing in real estate development
