In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with the best care and obtaining excellent results for their personal injury and property damage cases. As a member of our team, you will be expected to meet with clients, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also communicate with insurance companies and prepare cases for trial, with the possibility of trying cases as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have 6 or more years of litigation experience, with at least 5-10 personal injury trials as first chair. You must also be a member of the Missouri Bar in good standing and have experience in evaluating claims and superb negotiation skills. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential for this position.
