Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney preferably with Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 bankruptcy experience/interest. The candidate will join the consumer bankruptcy practice. Duties include meeting with prospective debtors to determine their eligibility for a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy; preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, financial statements, and other filings related to the commencement, continuation, and conclusion of consumer bankruptcy cases; and representing clients in court and before the Office of the United States Trustee. Must have Bar Admission, active and in good standing in Maryland (or taking the Bar this year).
