# Energy Litigation Staff Attorney

Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join its Litigation Team as an eDiscovery specialist. This is a part-time staff attorney position based out of the Richmond office.

## Job Description

The ideal candidate will have:

* Substantive hands-on experience in managing and coordinating large scale document collection and production
* Thorough knowledge of industry-standard eDiscovery applications, methods, advanced review technologies, strategies, and best practices
* Strong problem solving and organization skills
* Ability to design creative solutions to complex discovery problems and case assessments
* Familiarity with vetting and using complex technology solutions to assist with collection and analytic review of documents and data
* Confidence to work directly with clients and colleagues
* Negotiating discovery responses with opposing counsel
* Leading deposition preparation work
* Preparing and leading firm trainings on eDiscovery best practices

## Preferred Qualifications

* High level experience or certification in Relativity and/or Brainspace
