The associate attorney will also have the support of an experienced team, including a case-managing paralegal and legal assistant, to assist with tasks and ensure efficient and effective representation for clients.
Qualified applicants should have admission to a State Bar or pending Bar results, the ability to handle a high caseload in a profitable manner, and strong negotiation and communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 base per year, with the potential for fee-based bonuses bringing total compensation between $175,000-$300,000 depending on case results and performance.
