Nyman Turkish Law Firm is seeking a Workers Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a nationally recognized full-service law firm with over 45 years of experience, we specialize in Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation. Led by highly regarded civil rights and workers’ compensation specialists, we are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities for this position include performing initial case evaluation, managing and handling a caseload of 150-250 workers’ compensation cases, and conducting effective discovery. The associate attorney will also have the support of an experienced team, including a case-managing paralegal and legal assistant, to assist with tasks and ensure efficient and effective representation for clients.

Qualified applicants should have admission to a State Bar or pending Bar results, the ability to handle a high caseload in a profitable manner, and strong negotiation and communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 base per year, with the potential for fee-based bonuses bringing total compensation between $175,000-$300,000 depending on case results and performance.
