This is a flexible position that can be tailored to fit the candidate's skillset and preferences, but the ideal candidate will have experience in state or federal court litigation, strong research and writing skills, and a passion for depositions and trial advocacy.

Responsibilities for this role include representing clients in employment and civil rights litigation, as well as inverse condemnation and premises liability cases. The successful candidate will share the firm's commitment to providing high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of the law, and will enjoy the strategic decision-making involved in litigation, including crafting effective litigation strategies in complex situations. They will also have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.

Job Duties:
- Represent clients in employment and civil rights litigation, as well as inverse condemnation and premises liability cases
- Conduct research and writing to support litigation efforts
- Participate in depositions and trial advocacy
- Craft effective litigation strategies in complex situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in state or federal court litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Interest in depositions and trial advocacy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services
