Job Title:

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including PFAS litigation/environmental remediation and experience as a lead trial attorney
- . from a . law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee various types of litigation, including PFAS, toxic tort, product liability, and environmental remediation
- Provide legal advice to senior management and other managers on assessing risks and values of claims
- Manage outside counsel and budget matters for litigation cases
- Coordinate communication with insurance carriers
- Prepare position statements for federal, state, and local government agencies
- Provide advice on EPA's RMP and OSHA's PSM matters
- Travel within the . may be required (approximately 10%)
- Provide advice on safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Support crisis management efforts
- Minimize outside legal resources and expenses
- Participate in HES activities and promote incident reporting
- Work as a member of a team with technical and business personnel
- Select, retain, and supervise outside counsel
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- Analyze and work with financial and statistical data
- Communicate clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrate creativity in maintaining Company business objectives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Qualifications:
- . from a . law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including PFAS litigation/environmental remediation and experience as a lead trial attorney
- Experience managing one or more of the following types of toxic tort litigation: PFAS, chemical exposures, and product liability
- Experience with mass torts, multi-district litigation, environmental remediation litigation, health and safety litigation is a plus
- Experience providing advice on health and/or safety related legal issues and compliance
- Experience evaluating and managing litigation budgets
- General litigation experience, including trials, depositions, document and e-discovery, and motions
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to environmental and safety matters
