The Role:
As a Paralegal II, you will support our attorneys and assist with a variety of legal duties related to our global brand and marketing efforts. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, communicating with internal teams, and conducting research and analysis. You will report to the Group’s Vice President & Senior Counsel, Brand, Marketing, and Consumer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to attorneys and other team members
- Communicate with Global Brand and Marketing teams, including drafting and reviewing contracts
- Review and escalate trademark/copyright and other IP issues
- Work directly with Marriott business leaders
- Draft documents using standard forms and templates
- Undertake special assignments, including research and analysis of contract documentation

Candidate Profile:
- Two-year college degree and minimum of 3 years relevant work experience OR four-year college degree and minimum of 1 year relevant work experience OR at least 10 years of relevant work experience as a paralegal
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing work demands and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with database functionality
- Availability for minimal travel and flexibility for overtime
