Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of legal and contractual matters for the company's medical device business. - Provide guidance to commercial business partners on activities such as marketing, sales, and compliance with regulations. - Identify and assess legal risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies. - Manage implementation of processes for compliance with federal reporting requirements. - May provide counsel on privacy, advertising, employment, and immigration law. - Manage outside counsel for designated legal matters.
