- NLS is seeking a dedicated lawyer to lead their Medical-Legal Partnership Unit
- Partnered with local community healthcare providers to deliver wraparound civil legal services to underserved communities

- Responsible for monitoring all aspects of direct civil legal services provided to clients through the MLP Unit
- Develop, implement, and monitor necessary activities to assist staff attorneys, paralegals, support staff, interns, and volunteers

- Identify systemic legal issues and develop and implement impact litigation strategies

- Law degree (JD) and active New York license required
- Minimum of six years of experience in a private practice or legal services setting
- Prior management experience preferred but not required
