Position Summary This role is for a Legal and Policy Counsel that will advise ESA and its members on legal, regulatory and policy matters that impact the video game industry and related media and technology industries. The Legal and Policy Counsel will work closely with ESA’s Legal, Government Affairs and Communications & Public Affairs teams to identify legal, regulatory and policy issues relevant to the video game industry, develop strategies to address these issues and support the association in proceedings before state and federal legislatures, government agencies and courts.
