Commercial Litigation Associate - Delaware: Mid-level position with 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Governance Litigation and Delaware Chancery practice.

Job Description:

- Immediate need for a mid-level litigation associate in our Wilmington, DE office.
- Join a strong Corporate Governance Litigation and Delaware Chancery practice with a track record of victories in the court room.
- Recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers for excellent work.
- Focus on entity litigation with a common goal of seeking injunctive and other relief for claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, advancement and indemnification claims, M&A and other governance issues.
- Handle complex litigation matters before Delaware state and federal courts.
- Must have strong legal research and writing skills.
- Preferably have experience in litigating corporate and commercial matters.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with teammates at all levels.
- Excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills required.
