Key Responsibilities:

- Establishes best practices and addresses prioritization issues
- Provides high-level consultative input on advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews
- Prepares project forecasts and work schedules
- Verifies and communicates with both clients and internal partners to ensure quality and accuracy
- Manages and reports on project budget and financial status
- Provides strategic and tactical guidance for Client Services
- Proactively communicates with clients and addresses any issues that arise
- Maintains up-to-date records of project status
- Provides oversight for client-specific projects
- Demonstrates leadership and mentors team members
- Instills confidence with clients as a representative of Epiq's high-quality service delivery
- Assists with evaluating team bandwidth and delegating tasks
- Participates in regional and global initiatives
- Identifies areas for improvement and offers solutions

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery industry
- Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of database design and management, data processing, and legal document review
- Ability to effectively control all aspects of a project
- Bachelor's degree required, JD or MBA a plus
