Paralegal: Supporting Corporate and Commercial Transactions Group at Global Food and Agriculture Company

The . Simplot Company, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal Department. This role will support the Corporate and Commercial Transactions Group and assist with various legal matters including corporate governance, real estate, finance, and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience and an Associate's Degree (. or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file Annual Report qualifications and consents for parent company and assigned . or international subsidiaries
- Assist with financing deals including Bank Agreements, Private Placement Notes, and Capital Contributions
- Conduct research and prepare legal documents for credit collections and bankruptcy litigation matters
- Assist with real estate transactions and due diligence
- Ensure ERISA Plan requirements are met for Employee Shareholders
- Co-coordinate Legal Tracker and COSI Insight
- Work with hCue Entity Management Software
- Provide backup support for acquisitions, mergers, and dispositions

Requirements:

- Associate's Degree (. or equivalent)
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software
