Goodwin Law Firm is looking for a highly qualified attorney to join our Antitrust practice.

## Job Description

The successful candidate must have experience in analyzing transactions for competition issues and merger control filing requirements, especially with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Act and implementing Rules, including HSR experience with substantive analysis, procedural issues, and filing logistics. Antitrust experience in advocacy before the DOJ and FTC, and in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions, are a plus.

## Required Qualifications

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
