As an e-Discovery ALS Lab Manager, you will oversee a team of data processors and be responsible for data processing and loading, as well as providing technical support and assisting with strategic and legal aspects of electronic discovery. This is a hybrid position, with at least two days required in the office in Washington, DC. The expected salary for this position is around $125,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a team of 4-5 data processors
- Train staff on data processing, loading to Relativity, and performing analytics
- Consult with Systems Manager, Project Managers, and DOJ Managers regarding ESI specifications
- Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and troubleshoot and repair Active Learning Projects
- Possess strong knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Relativity and LAW to process data and run productions
- Generate complex PowerShell scripts
- Possess detailed planning and organizational skills and understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of experience
- 5 years+ experience in eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases
- Thorough knowledge of the EDRM workflow and litigation discovery process
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity and LAW
- Ability to train data processors and generate complex PowerShell scripts
- Must be a . Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

Additional Qualifications:

- May require extended hours on short notice depending on production deadlines
- Law degree, technical certification, or other relevant graduate degree preferred
- In-depth experience with Case Map and Text Map
