Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate to join our team in Virginia. This position is for a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate must have a current Virginia licensure and a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation.

We are seeking a candidate who has:

Current Virginia licensure
Minimum 2 years experience in civil litigation
Ability to handle small civil litigation matters and motions independently with partner supervision
Maryland or DC licensure in addition to Virginia is preferred
Transactional experience in addition to litigation experience is preferred
Flexible schedule with work from home/remote is available
Opportunities to work out of Manassas or Fairfax offices

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary plus billing and origination bonuses and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).
