The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys and paralegals to further their legal career. The ideal candidate will have some courtroom experience and strong interpersonal skills. Legal research and drafting Although there is no expectation to generate business, this position does require learning our Intake System, speaking with leads who call the office, and signing the leads up. Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice. Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently. Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Qualifications: The ideal person to fill this role will be an organized, responsible, honest self-starter who is eager to learn and motivated to obtain the best possible outcomes for our clients.
