Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with a focus on partnership structures and transactions.
- Experience with publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and/or other private partnerships is preferred.
- Experience with consulting, modelling, and advising on IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions is required.
- Experience with Federal and State tax returns and managing the process for multiple partnerships is preferred.
- Experience with automation, digitization, and data analytics is a plus.
