MG+M The Law Firm is seeking an experienced General Litigation Associate to join our California practice group. We are a nationally renowned litigation law firm with a focus on complex civil matters such as toxic torts, product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. As an experienced General Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California. You will also have the chance to manage a litigation caseload independently, conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial, review and analyze discovery requests, and participate in trial preparation and support. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate time records.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: product liability, transportation, aviation, and premises liability.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the state of California.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
- Capable of independent work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.
