Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree OR completion of a Legal Apprenticeship.
- Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- 5+ years experience as a practicing attorney handling internal/corporate investigations or government investigations.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Skilled in conducting interviews and using data analytics and case management tools.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance rules and laws, such as the FCPA.
- Understanding of employment, privacy, and other requirements related to internal investigations.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Direct internal investigations and provide legal counsel on compliance matters.
- Oversee the internal investigations process and collaborate with investigations partners.
- Support Microsoft's commitment to comply with laws and regulations globally.
- Develop and implement investigations best practices and leverage data analytics.
- Manage outside counsel and third-party investigations services providers.
