The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing contracts and supporting corporate deals involving regulated companies.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to companies with FDA-regulated products on compliance matters.
  • Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to FDA-regulated products.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating corporate deals involving regulated companies, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews for corporate transactions to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Advise clients on regulatory requirements and strategies for product development, approval, and marketing.
  • Stay updated on changes in FDA regulations and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.
  • Represent clients in interactions with regulatory agencies and during FDA inspections and audits.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Washington.
  • 5-10 years of experience in FDA regulation, with a focus on counseling companies with FDA-regulated products.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations governing product development, approval, and marketing.
  • Experience reviewing contracts and supporting corporate deals involving regulated companies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
