Responsibilities:
- Handle bankruptcy litigation cases
- Manage commercial litigation cases, including mortgage foreclosure litigation
- Represent clients in creditors’ rights matters in and out of court
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on case strategy
- Attend hearings and depositions as needed
