Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Draft position statements and dispositive motions
- Attend and handle arbitrations
- Handle single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from start to finish with minimal oversight

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and a valid license to practice law in Arizona
- 2+ years of experience in the field of labor and employment law in Arizona
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Must be licensed to practice in Arizona
