Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operations and develop policies and procedures for the Immigration Legal Services program at Catholic Charities of Yolo-Solano, Inc.
- Supervise staff and volunteers and ensure a high standard of representation and client service.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Director to develop program infrastructure and professional growth for staff members.
- Represent clients in immigration matters, including removal proceedings and applications for various forms of relief.
- Understand and adhere to professional conduct rules and ensure compliance within the program.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to build trust and effective working relationships.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must for this position.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Must pass background checks and mandatory training.
