Legal Assistant The candidate will be handling incoming calls and other communications. Managing filing system. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. Coordinating events as necessary. Maintaining supply inventory. Maintaining office equipment as needed. Aiding with client reception as needed. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Greet and assist visitors.
Qualification and Experience The candidate should have an Associates Degree in a related field. Prior administrative experience. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail. Multilingual individuals preferred. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Experience as a virtual assistant. Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
