- Salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience Information:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role involving financial issues, capital markets, and product life cycle.
- Experience in audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analyses services.
- Knowledge of financial products and issues faced by both issuers and investors.
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies and experience in determining appropriate equity allocation.
- Understanding of accounting, tax, and regulatory standards related to complex financial instruments.
- Ability to create independent financial models and perform valuation analysis.
