Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law
• Superior academic credentials
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with incident response procedures and cybersecurity regulations
• Experience with FTC, SEC, or state AG policy and enforcement is desirable

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar
