Cooley, a top global law firm, is seeking a resource attorney to support our Private Companies practice in the digital health industry. As a resource attorney, you will play a crucial role in enabling our attorneys to provide high-quality, efficient legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, improving, and automating template documents
- Organizing and curating forms, precedents, and other resources
- Developing educational content and trainings for the practice group
- Coordinating with lawyers and other personnel to update and maintain practice resources
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and preparing summaries and alerts
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives and external-facing resources
- Assisting attorneys with requests for precedents and templates
- Involvement in resource, knowledge management, and practice innovation projects
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

- Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in a US corporate/transactional practice

Salary Information:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $220,000 - $350,000, dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
