The ideal candidate for this position will have top tier law firm experience as a corporate attorney, with a focus on M&A and/or venture capital and private equity transactions. They should also have experience with equity financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. For more experienced candidates, we are seeking individuals who understand the nuances of sponsor-related transactions and are interested in helping to grow a practice that focuses on financings, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as subsequent portfolio company matters. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent professional recommendations are a must for this role.
