Responsibilities: - Provide tax consulting and advisory services related to the timing of recognizing revenue, expense, capitalization, cost recovery, and inventory accounting. - Manage projects and teams of 2-4 professionals, including calculation of 481(a) adjustments and IRS exam support. - Research and write tax advice, opinion, and position memorandums. - Identify and pursue AMP services for existing and prospective clients. - Collaborate with RSM Managers, Sr. Managers, and Partners. - Train, mentor, develop, and grow AMP professionals. - Build relationships and collaborate with RSM’s Growth Acceleration Teams and Enterprise Account Leaders. - Offer flexibility in schedule and ability to work remotely.
