Duties:

• Lead and manage the Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation practice area, overseeing all aspects of client representation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert legal advice and solutions tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance overall firm success and reputation.
• Stay current on legal trends and changes affecting estate planning and wealth preservation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in estate planning law.
• Proven success in managing and growing a practice area.

Certifications:

• Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law (preferred).
