Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 4-7 years of experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance at a peer firm.
• Additional experience in private equity acquisition finance is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successfully handling legal aspects of financial transactions.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
