Law firm Polsinelli is looking for a highly-qualified and motivated attorney to join their Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office. This is an off-track position that offers exceptional experience working with the firm's attorneys and clients. Interested candidates should have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in complex litigation, with additional experience in asbestos/toxic tort related cases. Experience in asbestos litigation is required. The role will involve all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, as well as taking and defending fact and expert depositions.
