As a Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a trust book and developing business in the Winter Park market. You will work closely with local Private Bank teams to achieve strategic objectives and deepen relationships through estate and financial planning. With a complex book of business, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and partner with other specialists within the Private Bank to best meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Private Client Advisors (PCAs) to drive business development and close new Trust business • Proactively identify and deepen relationships within current client base • Meet with key clients regularly to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities • Engage with other specialists within the Private Bank to best meet client needs • Oversee all trust administration activities and risk management • Identify and proactively resolve client issues and meet with at-risk clients as needed to drive retention Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience, preferred • Fiduciary professional with CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA (or 6 months away from obtaining certification), preferred Key Competencies: • Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning • Proactive approach to problem solving • Ability to provide solutions within the Bank's risk/reward profile • Strong sales skills and ability to close deals • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • High level of understanding of high net worth clients' concerns and issues We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Trust Officer to join our team in Winter Park, Florida.
