As an associate at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging cases, while also receiving competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of active litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and development
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal assistants

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of active litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or commercial litigation is a plus
