maintain entity management, licensing and government contracting software
maintain litigation calendar for monitoring critical dates
draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
draft corporate resolutions/minutes

assist in the management of legal invoices and billings from outside counsel
perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records
support responsibilities include maintaining corporate records

qualifications:

bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field
paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred
3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
proficiency in microsoft office suite and case management software
ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
strong organizational and communication skills

in-depth knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing legal documents
strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues
highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
