In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children by advocating for their safety, well-being, and permanency. This is a partial remote position, allowing for a flexible work schedule. As a Senior Attorney at Children's Legal Services, you will have primary responsibility for multiple cases and ensuring legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children. You will work closely with investigators and case managers, as well as prepare them to serve as witnesses at trial. Utilizing best practice litigation techniques, you will be an advocate for children and lead the nation in dependency advocacy.
