A law firm in Greenville, SC, is seeking an Associate Attorney with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize workloads effectively, and produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment. Newly barred attorneys are welcome to apply.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of loans during the pendency of lawsuits.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence related to foreclosure actions.
• Attend court hearings and effectively communicate with opposing counsel.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
• Utilize intermediate to advanced computer and office skills for efficient work processes.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence.
• Analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active South Carolina Bar license.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Newly Barred attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active South Carolina Bar license.
