Key Responsibilities:

Engage in tax preparation, planning, and consulting processes
Collaborate with client service teams to identify and research client problems and propose solutions
Receive formal and on-the-job tax training from top tax leaders
Pursue additional training opportunities through internal and external resources

Requirements:

1+ year of relevant tax experience
Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Self-starter with a drive to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in technology and able to adapt to new software and tools
