- Salary range: $160, to $185, annually
- Responsible for providing land and environmental permitting support and commercial transactional support for midstream assets
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and commodity purchase agreements
- Support land and environmental permitting efforts for midstream projects
- Experience with county land use permits, BLM right-of-way grants, and tribal matters a plus
- Advise commercial team on legal implications, risks, and opportunities
- Engage on projects nationwide across multiple industry sectors
- Strategic and drafting advice concerning indemnity provisions and insurance requirements in contracts
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Maintain a high regard for personal safety and company assets
- Compensation based on education, experience, and market data
