Duties:

• Represent borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and/or agents in various finance transactions.
• Handle various finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dividend and other recapitalizations, and restructuring and reorganizations.
• Work with middle market lending and alternative financiers, such as business development companies (BDCs), hedge funds, and non-bank lenders.
• Act as a key member of deal teams, responsible for running crucial aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of leveraged finance experience.
• Substantive experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and/or agents in finance transactions.
• Exposure to middle market lending and representing alternative financiers preferred.
• Experience as a key member of deal teams, including running key aspects of transactions, is ideal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission via waiver.
