Job Title: Senior Paralegal

Experience Information:

- Paralegal certificate required
- At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, trial experience preferred
- Familiarity with federal and state court system, legal research procedures, and resources
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
- Hands-on familiarity with various computer applications and ESI tools
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust

Primary Responsibilities:

- Work under the direction of a Supervisory Paralegal
- Conduct legal research and synopsize transcripts for attorney use
- Review case materials and identify conflicting statements or areas for further investigation
- Write preliminary drafts of legal memoranda and correspondence
- Communicate with other staff and trial teams
- May require travel within the US for trials
