Should maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements. Must have 4+ years of relevant experience in ACA, Healthcare Benefits, Qualified Plan compliance with IRS and Department of Labor, Multi-employer plans, benefits in mergers and acquisitions; substantial experience in drafting, reviewing motions, and court filings. Should preferably have 5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.
