Duties:

• Handle legal aspects of commercial real estate development.
• Manage purchases and sales transactions.
• Provide legal support in corporate real estate matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leasing agreements.
• Assist in mortgage lending transactions.

• Provided legal counsel and support as a mid- to senior-level real estate associate attorney.
• Manage multiple real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and a strong work ethic.
• Establish and maintain strong client and peer relationships.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or willingness to seek licensure.

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Focus on one or more of the following areas: commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.
